Mid-Infrared Reconstructive Microspectrometer with Membrane Metasurface Filters

Abstract

We present a novel mid-infrared microspectrometer based on membrane-guided mode resonance filters integrated with a thermal camera. It achieves narrow-band spectral filtering for high-accuracy spectral reconstruction, suitable for diverse applications requiring compact mid-infrared spectral analysis.
